PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

‘Train-the-Trainer’ programme is encompassed to unleashed, develop and enhance the existing potential employees of the organization into becoming ‘real expert’ and play significant roles towards betterment of the personnel, workplace & the organization. This program will cover all required topics in becoming a trainer; Plan Adult Learning; Conduct Training Need Analysis; Design Competency Based Training Programs; Conduct Competency Based Training Programs; Assess Participant’s Competence. The program will cover lectures, classroom activities, individual & group presentation and role-plays. In order to achieve the positive output from the participants, passive & active mode of learning will be applied from the Trainer & Facilitator.

LEARNING OUTCOME

  • Apply two (2) Adult Learning Principles in designing and delivering of training programs to any level of audience. 

  • Describes the process of Training Need Analysis and applying this process to real life training situations

  • Prepare the course outline that meets the measurable Learning Outcomes.

  • Develop session plan that will assist in creating competency based modules.

  • Deliver a training session by applying a minimum of 2 training methods. 

  • Evaluate the successful delivery of the learning outcome.

Design Competency Based Training Program

  • Writing learning outcomes using PSC elements

  • Recognize the main content structure; Learning Outcomes→Ice Breaking→Contents Activity →Review Outcome→Summarize Session
